Perry only Scored 8 runs which is a full shift of match in the favor of UP Warriors.

Perry is such a classy batter that like Devine, she can exploit any bowling lineup of any team.

S Asha got McGrath in the 9th over on just 22 runs.

McGrath is the World’s No. 1 T20I batter and is a classy batter who has all the capabilities to change the whole game.

McGrath was playing such a fine innings and it seemed that this game was dominated by UP but then Asha got McGrath and changed the whole game.

Wicket of G Harris

The last hope of UP was G Harris same as last season.

G Harris is known for finishing the matches as she is a hard-hitting player and her finishing capabilities are on the next level.

G Harris in this match also played such a fine inning and she was making sure that UP was going to win.

But then none other than, the player of the match, Asha got G Harris and the game was sealed by RCB almost there.

Here are some of the dropped catches that hugely affected the game as the result would have been different if they had been grabbed by the players.

Catch of Meghana

As Devine and Mandhana were already gone, Meghana was playing so attackingly that slowly RCB was coming back to the game.

But in the 7th over the catch of Meghana was dropped by McGrath at Long-On in the bowling of Deepti Sharma.

If that catch was taken, the total of RCB should have been less and UP could have won the match.

In the 6th over the catch of McGrath was dropped by Bahadur in the bowling of S Patel which was predicted by all experts and was going to be very costly.

However, after hitting some boundaries, McGrath was cleaned up by Asha and later on, RCB won.

But if McGrath manages to play some more overs, UP easily would have sealed that game.

The fifties

2 players of RCB have scored fifties which changed the whole game and with the help of that RCB posted such a high Total.

S Meghana

When RCB needed the most, Meghana performed as Devine, Perry, and Mandhana hadn’t performed in this match and it seemed that RCB was going to post such a low score.

She played an inning of 53 runs which is a very fine innings

R Ghosh

Richa Ghosh same as last season, in the very 1st match scored such a firey innings and helped RCB to post such a high Total.

She played innings of 62 runs which was a very explosive innings and because of R Ghosh only, RCB managed to score such a high Total.

Analysis of match

G Harris Opening The Bowling Attack

G Harris opening the bowling attack for UP is a perfect plan for A Healy.

S Mandhana struggles a lot against an off-spinner and G Harris being an off-spinner is there to create pressure on S Mandhana.

Runs haven’t leaked by her and when the pressure rose Devine tried to hit her and gave her a wicket.

This is a masterstroke by the UP Team as they got Devine on very cheap.

Asha bowling flight bowls

As the pressure on UP kept on increasing, there came Asha who had bowled most of her bowl as flighted and slow deliveries.

UP batters feel greedy and attempting to hit those balls by stepping out is a huge mistake of all the batters as they all failed to do so.

Asha in 1st match grabbed 5 wickets by using this technique of flighted and slower balls.
